Start learning how to write C/C++ programs now.

Learn how to change fonts, add bold and italics, as well as change the colour and sizes of your text. - New page: Why Access Keys Are Mostly Useless for Accessibility Purposes. Access keys, we're told, improve the accessibility of a website, making it more usable for people with disabilities. I beg to differ. Find out why I think access keys are not only useless but can even be a hindrance to such people.
- Updated: Microsoft Small Basic has been added to the Free BASIC Compilers and Interpreters page. This is a simple language with only about 15 keywords meant for people who want to learn programming. It is supposed to be easy and fun to learn, and comes with an IDE that has context sensitive help and autocomplete facilities. If you're nostalgic for the days when programming languages were much simpler, or if you just want to learn how to write programs with an easier language, check this one out.
- Updated: The Larabie Fonts have been added to the Free Fonts for Programmers, Webmasters and Designers page. Larabie provides some 300 to 400 well-designed TrueType fonts that you can use for free, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Unlike some free fonts floating around the internet, these look very professional to me.
- New page: How to Create a Website with Dreamweaver CS4 (Dreamweaver Tutorial). If you are thinking of a way to create your own website, check out this tutorial on how you can use the famous Dreamweaver CS4 web editor to design and build it. The tutorial goes through all the steps necessary for you to create a fully functional website, complete with home page, feedback form, site map, and so on.
- Two new antivirus software have been added to the Free Antivirus Software and Free Online Virus Scans page. One of them uses behavioural protection and does not rely on virus signatures to detect malware. As such, it is supposedly able to better handle (new) zero-day viruses that have no signatures in the virus database yet. Check them out now.
- New page: How to Install Apache 2.2 on Windows Vista. If you try to install Apache 2.2 on Vista just by running the installer, you will run into innumerable problems and a non-functional Apache installation. This guide shows you how you can successfully install Apache 2.2 in such a way that it is even convenient to configure and update your website files after you're done. And you don't even need to permanently disable Vista's notorious User Account Control (UAC) to do it.
- New page: Free Online Touch Typing Speed Tests. Interested in finding out how fast you type and how you compare with others? Typing is very much a part of many things we do nowadays, since the use of computers has crept into so many activities. If you type faster, you can not only be more productive, but it will make your computing tasks so much more pleasant.

The free Google software that allows you to create 3D models of any object you like (eg houses, cities, vehicles, space ships, etc) has been added to the page. There are now a number of programs listed on that page that allow you to create 3D models, animations, as well as the conventional free graphics and photo editing software.
- Updated: Free Word Processors and Office Suites. Another open source (and free) office suite has been added to the page. This one features OpenXML support, which means it can import the native Office 2007 document formats, embedded Visio diagram support, etc. Included in the suite are a wordprocessor, spreadsheet, presentation software, database, etc.
- New page: How to Create a Rectangular Box to Contain Your Text/Pictures with CSS. Sometimes it's useful to be able to separate some content from the rest of your page by enclosing it in a rectangular box. This tutorial shows you how you can accomplish this using CSS.
